We recently inagurated a new Hotel with the typical characteristic of Residencial Rosario in the Titikaka Lake (Copacabana). It has a beatiful view of the lake.

Hello. Having just browsed the internet Bolivia pages, I feel that there are several hotels you may like to add to your page.
The first two are definate alternatives to the Residential Rosario, which, although known for it's "backpacker" style is a tad expensive for the average traveller.

The other two are just around the corner,
and are around 110Bs a night ($20-25) for a double room with bathroom.
They are Hotel Alem and Hotel Sagarnaga, both on
Calle Sagarnaga (tourist street), La Paz,
and are about 2.5 blocks up from Plaza San Fransisco. These are better than the likes
of the Radison and Presidente for your average traveller,
are clean and friendly, and have tour agencies attached.

The other hotel is the Esmarelda, in Coroico, Nor Yungas. It is a superb site overlooking the town, again cheap (75Bs for a double room as far as I remember from July), and they were putting in a swimming pool wh ile I was there. Its the most relaxing place I know, and again the staff are friendly, with the added bonus of cleanliness (hotel, not just staff!) and good food.
