SAFETY GUIDELINES These guidelines are intended for educational purposes only. intended as a basis for evidence of legal responsibility or negligence in any legal action. T ASK's suggested guidelines are commercial tours, rentals and lessons and it is recognized that each area and each situation calls for different responses and implies no limitations on solutions the operator may choose. LESSONS The following guidelines are designed for companies or individuals wishing to offer courses following the TAPS guidelines. INTRODUCTORY - designed to introduce the pleasures and safety considerations of sea kayaking.
